The first tip that we have for you completely depends on whether you want an intense smoky flavor or a normal one. In case of the latter, you don’t need to keep the meat as cold as possible. You could start grilling a room temperature meat right away!
On the other hand, if you want a full burst of smokiness in your food, then keep the meat as cold as possible. This will delay the meat to cook and allow the maximum heat or smoke to reach inside your food, giving you a delicious juicy steak!
