- Then make another 2 layered wrap, this time use the freeze papers. Then seal the edges as well.

- Label it accordingly. And remember to follow the rule, first in first out.

- Transfer the frozen smoked salmon from the freezer to the refrigerator.
- League it in the ref at a temperature below 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Or until it is completely defrosted.
