During the months of May, June, July and August, we do not close the restaurant for private events on Thursday and Friday Evening and Saturday and Sunday all day and night.  We do occasionally close the restaurant on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening, but it is costly.  We WILL close the restaurant for lunch parties Monday through Thursday, depending on the amount of people and menu selected.

We do not allow outside music, unless the restaurant is closed for your group.  The cafe has satellite radio music.

Once you have booked the party, we require a 30% deposit.  Final payment can be made by company check or credit card.  Final payment is due the day or night of the event.  We do NOT bill parties.

We will hold a date for two weeks.  IF WE DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM YOU IN TWO WEEKS, WE WILL RELEASE THE HOLD.  A party is confirmed once we receive the deposit.

To qualify as New York State Tax Exempt, you must provide us with the "NEW YORK STATE & LOCAL SALES & USE TAX, Exempt Organization Exempt Purchase Certificate" Tax Form # ST-119.1 (702).  Payment must be made by company check or a company credit card.  We cannot accept cash payments for tax exempt organizations.

For bar parties without food one must cancel the day before the event, otherwise the bartender fee is nonrefundable.  For bar parties with food one must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund except for weekends, where cancellation must be received the Thursday before the event.
